If we give Microsoft say four years, add in a gang of other studios to help out, spend 30-mill on it, and a delay or five. Sort of like Sony did with Killzone 2. I'm sure they'll come up with something.
hilarious that folks are leaving comments but this isn't approved. I'd love to hear what others would say. That sea creature has more going on with that half the enemies in one Killzone 2 set piece. I've played it, so please don't lie. LP2 right now looks better. You can put up a screen shot comparison now if you like...
Since we can't actually debate the exclusive's since this isn't approved it doesn't matter. In fact the only argument I hear from people touting Killzone 2 is based on a game that took four years to make and tons of development resources. While even if it's exclusive or multiplat, majority of games look better on the Xbox 360. Yet it gets swamped by sporadic titles on the PS3 that more often than not fail to impress. Since the PS3 is touted to be the more powerful system shouldn't it be showi...
It's a good debate to have. Until Capcom says otherwise we can guess all we want, but it's exclusive. I mean if the trailer were on PSN, and Capcom came out and said it was only in development for the PS3. What would that mean?
Lost Planet 2. I apologize for making sense this early in the year. I forgot where I was leaving my comment. Seeing as how this is only February, and Microsoft has delivered on many of their claims. I will just let the rest of the year play out. Can't wait for more games to be revealed and actually in my hands...
That everyone here wants to know what the big deal of Lost Planet 2 is since the first was in their words "mediocre", "average" "not good"...Wasn't that the same for Killzone 1?
I'm sorry till Capcom states otherwise Lost Planet 2 is being only made for the Xbox 360. Which makes it exclusive friends. I want to hear Capcom say it's timed exclusive. Not gamers who don't work for the company or PR department. I refuse to assume. Especially with how well...
For Sony and PS3 loyalists to brag please take into account how long it took a game of Killzone2s magnitude to come out. I don't recall any of Microsoft's exclusives requiring the aid of other development houses the way we have heard Killzone2 to have had. You guys can say what you want about Gears 2 or 1, but I know that I got to play two of those games to your one (well let's give the system 8 good games). That's just a fact.
Folks keep bringing up Uncharted 2, but we haven't s...
Killzone 2 all night I have to say it is a very fun game. What I love is the close quarter combat, and level design. You are never bored, even though much of the fighting feels like you are in a set piece. The weapons are really cool as well, one of my favorite parts is the level with thunder machine. Where you have to shoot the blue cells. If you take long, more and more waves of Hellghast come after you. I really enjoyed myself, and plan on finishing the game.
After watching this movie and posting it, by doing a video expose. Lost Planet 2 will be in a league all it's own. Maybe it's me, but there is just something special about the game. As soon as the pirates hit the beach you see it's on. No exposition just co-op gun play, and the terrain. You can see that Capcom's been paying attention to the best shooter titles that have been on the market. Along with what they've done. I'm sorry nothing wrong with Killzone2 (why is that even brought up here?)...
Your logic together. Because the Xbox 360 launched a year early is the sole reason it is ahead of the PS3?
Not because of games, and better games? " " " Xbox Live? " " " Xbox 360 being cheaper than the PS3?
Just because it came out first is your logic right? Tell me this when the Dreamcast had a year start on the PS2 did that stop the PS2 from over taking it? Better yet and more recent. I do reckon that t...
Capcom has not stated either way if LP2 will be on one system ONLY...What we do know is that they have stated the game to be currently being developed for the Xbox 360. So if anything as of right now by default it's exclusive. Till Capcom says it's is also going to be on the PS3. Which would then be multiplatform. Technically speaking right?
Another thing. Lost Planet was a really good game, that sold 2 million plus on the Xbox 360. In fact the game is a sleeper when talked about...
Isn't trying to chase Sony in that department. Keep in mind that developers are not losing money with the Xbox 360. For Microsoft its about working with the right game that can be exclusive, or the right developer in that respect. I have a feeling we are going to hear about Lost Odd 2 this year. Along with other titles that may have been placed under the radar. Don't forget that Too Human is a trilogy and despite its critical flop with reviewers and many gamers. The title sold fairly well. Mi...
